News about hair loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi everyone,
I talked to my doctor and his nurse about hair loss. They both made a few suggestions regarding that.
First one being to towel dry hair and comb, not brush. But you know the kind of conditioner you put in yout hair after you come out of the shower?? Well put that on then comb while wet!! Wash and condition as usual, then comb easy and add conditioner that stays in and comb again until no snarls. When it drys then brush.
I know this sounds nuts but it's working, at least it looks like it's working. Less hair in drain and on my brush.
Give it a try, your worth it and it won't hurt. I use Pantene leave in conditioner it's really nice and works well

I used to do hair, still keep license up to date, and I know that we are what we eat and hair is mostly made up of protein. Another little tip is to use the same hair conditioner that you use after you shampoo your hair for your leave in conditioner. Just take about 1 part conditioner to 3 parts water and mix in a spray bottle and use that as your leave in conditioner...works the same and in some instances a little better, also you will save on not having to buy the special leave ins.
Also, when you wash your hair it is better to wash in warm water, this opens the hair shaft up to remove the dirt, but then use cooler water to rinse with because it helps take the hair back to its normal ph balance. (This is kinda similar to how an astringent helps to close the pores of your skin)
