Weight day of surgery: 7/25 Height: 5'2 Age: 34 Weight loss so far (post surgery weight only please) 43lbs Goal: 120 How much protein per day? 50 - which isnt enough... since surgery I have a complete aversion to any kind of meat- so it mostly comes from protein shakes How much water per day? 48 oz - because it takes me so long to drink the nasty protein drinks Are you losing your hair? Not yet - but its dry, corse, and is more curly ??? How much exercise are you getting in? 4x week at Bally's - 2 days a week 30 minutes Treadmill ( cardio heart rate) & Power flex class & 2 days a week low impact aerobics. Do you think you'll have excess skin issues? I have had 3 kids... both my boobs and my tummy will need some nips, tucks, and major lifting up !! Have you taken your measurements? No How many inches have you lost? ??? Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? Yes - My face is thinner and my ass has gotten much smaller... Still have the hanging stomach, thunder thighs and flabby arms. What size did you start at? 20 / 2x What size are you at now? 16/L How are you feeling now? Wonderful.. but I would love to be a bit thinner !!!!!

Oh, definitely Have you taken your measurements? Yes How many inches have you lost? 36 as of 2 weeks ago Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? Yes, definitely What size did you start at? 24 bottom/22 top What size are you at now? 20 bottom/18 top How are you feeling now? I feel fabulous and know this surgery was the best decision I ever made. I would like to be losing a little faster, and I know I could be if I increased my water intake and my exercise. Hmm, can you say - motivation?!?
