I know there are a few of us here who feel like we are losing slowly, so I thought we could have our own post and encourage each other! Let's post our stats and see how much alike we are after all! Lurkers, come out, come out wherever you are and post your stats!

How much water per day? about 40 oz. (bad!- I hate water!)

How much exercise are you getting in? about a 1-2 mile walk 5 days a week
Do you think you'll have excess skin issues? Not much- bat wings and boobs only!
Have you taken your measurements? yes
How many inches have you lost? over 25 inches!!!
Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? HELL YEA!
What size did you start at? size 24 pants, 3X tops
What size are you at now? size 20 pants, 1X tops
How are you feeling now? I feel purty dang GOOD!

How much protein per day? 72 gms.
How much water per day? 60 ozs.
Are you losing your hair? Nope... well not any more than was falling out anyway!
How much exercise are you getting in? Exercise? We should exercise? Huh? Shoot. I really need to do something every day. But I do walk a bunch.
Do you think you'll have excess skin issues? Not really - bat wings for sure, but I have to get a TT from having twins though!
Have you taken your measurements? No
How many inches have you lost? Lots I'm sure!
Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? Absatively!

What size are you at now? 18 pants, 16 tops! WOOHOO!!!!!

Weight loss so far (post surgery weight only please) 28 #'s
Goal: 85 pounds (weight about 150)
How much protein per day? 60 grams
How much water per day? 2 liters (most of the time)
Are you losing your hair? no
How much exercise are you getting in? saw an exercise physiologists started at 15 min walks 7 days a week , now do 35 min 6 days a week as well as 20 push ups, 30 abdomenal curls and 40 leg squats for strength training, the walk is a little over a mile/day
Do you think you'll have excess skin issues? not yet but I know I will---abdomen and thighs
Have you taken your measurements? at the exersice physiologists
How many inches have you lost? don't know yet, my kids say my bum looks smaller and I know my pants don't fit very well. (loose)
Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? sometimes.
What size did you start at? 2x
What size are you at now? still wearing 2x bought a few 1x just haven't bought new clothes--waiting till I see a bigger difference
How are you feeling now? good, I am glad I did the surgery, They tell me I'm right on track, I do wi**** was a little faster but I know this is working...

How much protein per day? Around 60 gms I'm trying to do better!
How much water per day? 60 oz
Are you losing your hair? Not yet!
How much exercise are you getting in? I try and walk 6-8 miles weekly
Do you think you'll have excess skin issues? Yes, my arms and abdomen.
Have you taken your measurements? Yes, at Curves.
How many inches have you lost? Will get back with you on those.
Do YOU see a difference in the way you look? Yes, my upper body.
What size did you start at? 2-3X tops, 22-24 pants (tight)
What size are you at now? 1-2x tops, 20-22 pants
How are you feeling now? I feel pretty good. I do get tired more easily but I am walking much better than before surgery. (I could hardly walk before surgery).

Despite the slow weight loss I am still glad I did this.
