i wanna know
For the last 3 or 4 weeks I have been working out at Bally's 4-5 days a week. Two days a week I do either Low impact aerobics or a step class. The other 2 or 3 days I do the treadmill on the cardiovascular setting ( Heart rate to 148) for 30 minutes and then I do high rep/low weight leg presses, inner/outer thigh machine, and machines for my biceps & tricep. Since being cleared to ab ( after 8 weeks w/ open RNY) I have been trying to do 100 sit ups too on those days. At 9 weeks out - Ive lost 41 lbs.
