First Stall
Andrea- step away from the scale!
It's normal for your weight to flucuate on a daily, even hourly, basis. If you were to chart it every day, it would look like a zig zag. Your weight can change depending on how much you have drank that day, eaten, pooped, or the position of the moon on Good Friday.
If you weigh yourself every day and you see something you don't like, step off of the scale and just forget what you saw. Only remember it when it goes down.
I have been at a stall since my 6 week appt. on the 6th I weighed in there at 239....Here I am tonight at 238!!! I am freaking out and I am about to become the Exercise NAZI!!!! I havent worked out in a week because I helped move a recliner and BIG mistake...that damn left incision muscle hurts like hell now...But I am sure that this stall will fade away soon.
PS: Tylenol X-tra does nada for the muscle pain
