Tired of stall
Hey guys, I have been so busy with work, kids, and life in general the last couple of weeks that I haven't posted anything. In fact, I made an effor to get up a few minutes early to read some posts today.
I have been stalled for 2 weeks as of today. Overall I have lost 40 lbs. (including pre-op 11 lbs loss). I am heading toward the two month mark next week.
I eat three meals a day with one snack of protein shakes. I focus on protein first and a veggie or fruit second. I joined the Y and am excercising at least 5 days a week. I am taking my vitamins. I am drinking my water. I feel like I am doing everything "right". But the scale stopped moving (in fact it dances up and down between the same 1 lb.)
I know the scale will eventually begin moving. But it is starting to make me question everything. Am I eating to little? Am I eating too much? Am I excercising enough? Am I getting enough protein? Did I drink enough water? Maybe I need to poop more (TMI I know). Maybe this is all I am going to loose.
I know it's all nuts. And I know stalls are normal. But it is driving me crazy.

You know I was stalled for 3 weeks I know how you feel. Read my earlier post. I didnt lose pounds but I sure did loose the inches. That is probably what is happening to you too. I changed what I ate. I actually stopped the protein drinks for a few days and I am only eating lean meat and green leafy veges. Maybe my body needed a change I do not know but it worked. Of course that does not mean I will not stall again.
Keep up the good work
you are doing great. When was the last time you lost all this weight in a few weeks.
Hugs
