Joined Curves finally!!

Hi all! I finally found this sight and believe me i was starting to worry. It took me awhile but I would'nt give up!1 Anyhow I finally joined Curves people and i never felt better. I signed up for 1 year!! My hubby told me that I'd better go since I already PAID . It's really nice, all women. No offense men but I want to give it my all this time. Plus it's a place to get away from the hubby for awhile Cheri

Way to go Cheri! I just know that you will love it. It is such a nice and positive atmosphere. I was a member several years ago and enjoyed it. I did not renew my membership because for the price I paid for one year for myself, my entire family could have a membership to our local health club that has an indoor pool. Good luck with it! Hi Jess, Thanks for the support. The people there are so nice. The price wasn't that bad. I paid $30.00 for the years membership and $29.00 a month. After what my husband and I spent on eating out every other day it's really affordable. LOL Cheri

That is awesome Cheri, it wasnt so expensive here, I would have joined them too. I finally joined 24Hour Fitness today, its not all women but eh, its a pretty big gym so I'm just going to find myself a corner to go work out. Have fun and let us know how it goes ... Marlize

Hi Kim and Sue, Thanks for the support ladies I'm going to need all I can get. Sue you know that i have a really bad back and so I have to be real careful on what I can and cannot do. But to answer your question, yes they do do all kinds of personal plans for each individuals. . They are very sincere and caring for your medical needs as well. I have a personal trainor 3 x's a week at NO extra charge because of my back problems. She will work with me personally as I need her until I'm situated on the machines. There are 3 machines i can't use because of my back and 2 excersizes also, but other than that I'm on my way girlfriend. They also took all my measurements and I'm HUGE all over. I wish I'd done that as soon as I started after the WLS. Ya know what I'm saying? Anyhow I'll let you know monthly how many inches I do lose ok? Plus the weight. Cheri
