muscle pain
Hi everyone. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing muscle pain? I am trying so hard to get my protein in and it may not have anything to do with protein but my leg muscles stay sore. I mean really sore. I usually walk at least 8-10 miles per week. At first I thought the pain was due to my obesity and poor exercise tolerance. I am now almost at 11 weeks out and the soreness is no better. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks as always for all your support.-Joyce
I don't have that problem -- of course I'm not walking like you are!
I hope it's just the excersize, but might be worth a talk to the doc. Do you have an appointment soon? It could be the "lack" of some vitamin. I know when my legs were so weak (not really sore) that I couldn't walk on my own, he told me to increase my Thiamin (B1) It made a world of difference. Could be related?!
