I know the feeling.... sooo well.... the damn stalls are frustrating... What helps me is trying on old clothes that are big... some that fit that were too small.....
INSTEAD of the scale - take measurements... We lose inches in between pounds........ Drink- take your protein... excercise..... and report back...
I used to way myself on Tues... now I do on Sats...

Everyone calm down. We're all stalling, we're at the two to three month mark remember? If we keep doing what we are doing, things will go the right direction.
Remember 2 lbs a week puts you in the century club by the end of a year!
Kimberly you are a scale addict!!!! Me too But you have to realize that we are at our 2 to 3 month post op and it's going to slow down abit for some people. Everyone who answered you gave great advice.
Get your protien in first. I have to do the same thing. I'm having problems with my protien too!! I hate the taste and have bought so many different types I can't even dream of how much money I've spent on trying to find something I like.
I'm going to Curves today to join. I can finally stand up straight and can walk without a cane or holding on to something. It feels so good Kim. I thought I'd never reach that goal. I know your doing what you are supposed to do so keep doing the right thing. It will come off sooner or later.
