Well, after all the bragging I did about being under 190..... Today I wake up and guess what the scale says. 190!! BOOHOO HOO. I'm heartbroken. Sue says it's water weight. We'll see. Next week I'd better lose 5 pounds or someone's head is going to roll! *sigh* Never ending battle huh? HUGS Kimberly

Kimberly.. You are a scale-a-holic! Don't let it get you down. As long as you feel good and are able to tell the difference...your heading in the right direction!....I ought to shoot you now...(just kidding)...only weigh on Sundays ok deal I love reading your posts, and you always have very encouraging and supportive words to say!! Do not make me kick your butt! Michigian and Mississippi may start with the same letter but we are still way way way far apart and that would be very LONG HARD KICK!! Love Mandie!!!

Ive hardly lost anything in about 3 weeks and I'm pissed. My scale has been varying between 204 and 207, and you have no idea how bad I want to get below 200. AND IT WONT BUDGE. I want to cry. Well, I have cried. I feel like I'm not gonna lose anymore, and I dont know what else I can do. I'm working out EVERY day, save Sunday, and drinking all my water, and protein and NOTHING. If I'm not below 200 by my 2 month anniversary on September 28, I'm going to be so depressed.

Ashley, I have only lost 34 pounds since surgery. I thought for sure I would lose more faster becasue I am much bigger than most people. I got to thinking about it though and when I did weigh****chers it took me 6 months to lose 40 pounds. So when I think about the weight coming off slower than others, I just have to keep in mind that we are all different! I know it is hard but we will get through this Don't forget too that if you are working out nearly every day...your body may be turning some of the fat into muscle!! Mandie

I know how you feel about getting stuck. I have been at 204 for 2 weeks. I have been so anxious to get to Onederland. I stopped weighing myself. I found I was not eating enough protein. I am hoping my next post will say I did it. hugs Pam

Hang in there Ashley! Not much longer now and you'll be under. I bet you see several pounds gone at once. The fact remains that after all the stalls in the WL etc... we are loosers.... and together we are going to get all of this fat off our bodies! Keep the faith! HUGS Kimberly
