I just bought the Weight Control Quaker instant Oatmeal (banana bread flavor) and Kashi GOLEAN protein & high fiber cereal this past week and...YUM!!! ...Here is the scoop on 'em both..
Kashi...1 cup serving size has
1 gram of fat
13 grams of protein..
but it has 6 grams of sugar.
I can eat 1/2 a cup (3 grams of sugar) and I do not go into "sugar shock"
There is a recipe on back of box I am going to try and adapt (calls for added sugar so I am not sure of equivalent measurement yet for splenda)
Weight Control Oatmeal...1 packet serving size
3 grams of fat
7 grams of protein
1 gram of sugar
I used 3/4c milk to make it instead of water so then it boosts up by 6 grams of protein for a total of 13 grams.
You should have seen me going down the cereal isle...I must have looked at every supposed "healthy cereal" nutrition label. All these moms and dads were in & out of the isle (grabbing the high sugar cereals) and there I was 15 minutes later still reading...
ok...here is what the carbs are (and some other "stuff" too)

soluble fiber is 4g
no cholesterol

also a one packet serving gives 2 servings of whole grains..daily requirment is 3 servings (but that is for normal people I am not sure what we need)
(I can only eat about 3/4 of packet)
