Scale

I finally broke down and bought one of the scales I found online. It goes up to 400 pounds and was 69.99 plus S/H & tax. It should be here within 3-10 days...I have not even been in a Bed Bath and Beyond and here I am buying something from them online. I have to promise myself right now that I will not obsess with the scale...only weigh once a week on Sundays for our weekly weigh-in Just wanted to "talk" in case anyone was out there this morning.. Sometimes I wish I didn't even have a scale! LOL I'm glad you found one though! It's very hard not to get obsessed with it. But, sounds like you have the right frame of mind! I noticed today that my butt is much much flatter - kinda worried! LOL HUGS Kimberly
