five weeks POST OP and the scaled moved again
Having a WOW WEEKEND.... The scale moved again the other way. How cool is that? Now- I am Down 39 lbs... SO EXCITED... Energetic... still having difficulty getting all the liquid and proteins in - some days my POUCH IS GROUCH... It will let me consume liquids and Food okay- Other days it is touchy with the liquids or the foods... I THINK IT HAS A MIND OF its own,,, ANy how I force myself to try to get as close as I can. Struggling with working- I try to drink constantly---! Have to make time for myself for breaks and lunches!
