Fireflies...

I have had so much energy the last few days...walking, cleaning, organizing, studying...I feel great!!! I have not felt so good in such a long time. We went for our walk a little later tonight so we could catch fireflies....something I probabaly would not have done a month and half ago before surgery, never had energy like this...My son is 5 and was having the time of his life!....THANK YOU DOCTOR POPLAWSKI for helping me change my lifestyle Mandie

How fun, I wish we had fireflies out here in the northwest. I saw them when I was 10 and again when I was 18 but that's it. I have yet to find that new found energy although getting around is much easier now and will only get better. ENJOY

we dont' have fireflies here in arizona....but my grandpa's family are all from the 3 rivers area/kalamazoo michigan area and we used to go there every summer and catch fireflies...good memories! brandy
