3 SIZES SMALLER IT FEELS GREAT!!!!

Hi everyone I went shopping today and found clothes that fit me and look wonderful and I bought them at regular stores. No FAT stores for women. Not that I don't like there clothes cause I do but very expensive. Anywat I bought clothes that everyone else is wearing and all the up to date stuff and it looks really good on me. I even bought a few outfits that were marked down and a size smaller so they will give me more insentive to lose as much weight as possible. Just wanted to share my great shopping day. That's great Cheri! I found today when I went to target that I can wear a size 2X on top when 3x's didn't quite fit before...so it feels pretty good! I didn't buy anything though, not ready for that yet since I have so much more to go!

Cheri, I am with ya girlfriend. I have gone from a size 26 to a size 18/20. Heck I even stop and check out the mirror every now and then. I realize I have a long way to go but I am feeling all great at this point. Did you ever find out where we can get the Biotin that can be crushed? Sue 273/261/220/150

Hi Sue, I'm sorry I haven't found a Biotin yet that can be crushed. Let me know if YOU do OK? Did you also have to go out and buy new clothes? You have gone down alot in sizes. Your old clothes must be seriously baggy Not that you mind I'm sure. My hubby and I are in between sizes that we have in the closet so we HAD to go out and buy a few outfits. We were starting to look like bums Cheri
