Not a wow moment
I was also loosing weight very slowly. When I talked to my nutritionalist, she agreed that I should be loosing weight a little faster than I was. She suggested that I take a protein supplement regularly (I haven't been tolerating meats very well), and get more exercise.
So, I have supplemented my diet with a protein drink (50mg per day), and increased my walking (almost every day). This week I actually lost five pounds. Thats more like it, I may make my goal of 40 pounds in eight weeks yet.
