i had trouble until i got a good protein powder that i liked. now i mix 1 scoop of vanilla isopure with 4oz of decaf coffee and a teaspoon of splenda and pour it over cracked ice and it's delicious. gives me 25 grams of protein and it's only 4 ounces. the other one i like is Matrix Perfect Chocolate. It tastes just like regular cocoa, it's not thick or gritty like the other proteins. and one serving is 23 grams of protein. and it's awesome hot. tastes just like regular hot chocolate. you can also get powdered non fat milk and mix it in to your carb countdown and yogurt and things like that and it will give you a few extra grams of protein. good luck.

I've become addicted to Unjury and SF International Delights Coffees. Can do them either hot or cold. YUM!! Unjury chocolate in the SF Suisse Mocha and Unjury vanilla in SF French Vanilla Cafe. Good luck with their protein - Lynn

If you have a costco nearby, give their Alpine Vanilla protein powder a try, it's awesome and for $19.99 you get about 7-10 more times as much as 1 jug of unjury which costs about $15. It mixes much better too. I add it to carb countdown milk a dash of sf torani carmel espresso syrup and a spoonful of instant decaf coffee. Definitely the best protein for your buck. At night, I add it to orange juice and ice and blend it, it tastes just like a creamsicle.

Hi, Even though my doc says to protein powder. I orderd any Whey which is not a shake but a protein powder that can be added to anything. I usually add it to my coffe with some Carb Coutdown or Mootopia milk shake it up with ice and I dont even know its there. I have added it to yogurt and soup. Like the coffee the best. I am not crazy about the protein shakes. I am not suppose to have any supplements but since I hardly eat and I am excercising I figure it is better to get some protein in. hugs Pam
