4 weeks postop appointment

I got moved to pureed foods today! Finally. I was getting so tired of the liquids. Update on my weight: Start Date Weight: 243 Surgery Date Weight (7/28): 236 Today's Weight: 212 (-24 since surgery) But -31 overall since July 20! Woooohooo!

Ashley, Congratulations!! Isn't it fun posting those losses. I had fun at work today telling a number of people how much I lost the first month. They are going to be so sick of me!! Linda

Hi Ashley, Congrats on the loss!!! I had surgery the same day and also had my appointment this week. I have lost 25 pounds since surgery. We are right there together. I am very lucky. My surgeon/nutritionist sent me home from the hospital on pureed foods and as of last week I was allowed to start adding some real food - just one new thing a day. How long are you on pureeds? CONGRATS!!!!! Shellie
