im breaking tylenol in half for the cramps now
Sue, I feel for ya! I had terrible cycles myself. In June I had a procedure called "endemetrial ablation". If you are through having children, this could be an option for you. Tell the doc that you have terrible cramps, heavy cycles etc... For some people it just gives them more of a normal cycle, for others they have a very minimal cycle, and for the lucky ones, like me so far, it takes them away completely. I have found that alot of docs don't even talk about this procedure, they just opt for some kind of hysterctomy. This is an outpatient procedure that is very simple.
I hope you feel better SOON!
HUGS!

Hi Sue
I was waiting to see if the cylce would cease a couple months since I had surgery on July 28th... NOPE- showed up with a vengence- Heavy, crampy, headache, muscles acked and I have NO ENERGY. Just seemed to slow up today 6 days later. UGHHH-- I took a 5oom mg tylenol with no problem... Had to have some Milk of Magnesia last night cause I felt so bloated and heavy... YUCK... Today is better - I slept most of the week. I was able to get 3 meals in a day and drink but it was rough.. Good luck..
