Another way to get protein:
Soy crisp snacks
2 little crisps contain 4 Grams of protein.
They have different flavors too bbq, vinegar, cheddar, caramel. I found them at a feel rite store yummmm
Another way to have "crisps" is to take 4 or 5 slices of pepperoni and microwave them for 1 minute. It's like eating a potato chip. YUM YUM! If you do a big plate full, add another minute or minute and 1/2.
Put them between paper towels when nuking so it soaks up the grease.
