Put a little fat-free sugar-free chocolate pudding mix in with your milk. For extra protein without using protein powder you can freeze milk into ice cubes and blend it into your milk. You can also add dry milk for even MORE protein --but that might not be quite as tasty.

Melissa, I have been strugling with the protein also, the powdered shakes make me nauseated so I have also found, as a previous post suggest, the isopure from GNC. They are around $3.50 a bottle, but have 40 proteins. They are much more tolerable than the powdered mixes. I also agree the mango tastes the worse. They can also be ordered in 12 packs online from the manufactuer website. Teresa

Hi Melissa, I have been drinking the "Nectar" brand protein brand. I have finally found one I like. If you like iced tea try the Nectar Tealicious. I ordered it online. They even had a box of samples you could order. Good luck, Linda

Tonight I tried putting the unflavored protein powder in sugar free Fuze. It was very easy to go down. Hadn't even thought of putting it in CL or SF koolaide. I too struggle with getting enough protein, enough water, and keeping my carbs down, as I was told to keep my carbs around 30. Seems that everything that's SF is high in carbs!
