Add Yogurt to your protein shakes
Hey all I have been adding my fat free high protein yogurt to my protein shakes- It gives calcium and a few more protein grams. It helps the shakes taste better. I use Vanilla whey Protein I got at GNC. I add some fresh fruit too... It helps me get through the nasty tastes...
hope it helps... ALso baked CHick peas (garbanzo beans). Molly Mcbutter and garlic... also did some with cajun spice( very little).. Was good and high in protein...

Where do you get high protein yogurt? The whole protein thing has been an issue with me since I don't like anything that is high in protein right now. I have a little less than 2 weeks before I can move from pureed food to soft foods. I noticed you had your surgery on 7/28, I had mine on 7/26. Are you able to handle the chickpeas ok being less than 4 weeks out? I only ask because they sound REALLY good and I'm dying to try them.
