Weak Legs...
My legs were very weak for a while. In fact I went to my class reunion at 4 weeks out and had to sit the whole time because my legs would be wobbly if I stood for more than 2-3 mintutes. It is MUCH better now. I am taking in more PROTEIN and my doctor told me this was the key. Try "upping" your intake and see if that helps.

I didnt have weak legs, but after the third day in the hospital my outside upper thighs started going numb and then burn depending on how I laid. Also would get really bad pins and needles, drove me crazy considering it only went away when I stood up and walked, but I could only walk so much after surgery before I had to lay down again.
Still get it very mildly, especially at night, and have some muscle spasms now and again. Doc says this will go away ...
I hope you feel better soon. Remember this was a really big surgery and the first 3 weeks I slept most of the time and couldnt walk much because I would be so tired and out of breath.
Hang in there ... it does get better!!! And if it doesnt, call your doc and make an appointment, you might have a deficiency!

MIne ached and felt soar.. Then I got my darn period.. I felt icky... I am on day four of a heavy flow. Hoping after I pop some iron and drink more and get protien up, I will feel better too. PS Everyone in my house said because I started walking and doing excercises my poor legs probably went into shock... That could be true- was very couch potatoe before surgery. Now full of energy all the time ( with the exception of the last few days). Walking all over- no wonder they hurt me.. HOPE IT Gets better for you... IT will... just give it time..
