I'm actually looking forward to this posting on Sundays. It's keeping me accountable and on track. And hey, isn't that one of the reasons we did this? Starting weight: 260 Presurgical weigh-in: 252 Post Surgical Weight: 259.5 Today's weight: 224.3 Total loss: 35.7 I had my first episode of vomiting yesterday. I even passed some blood which really freaked me out. I called the Dr. and he said that if the blood continued or was alot, I needed to go to the ER. Thank goodness it wasn't so he told me to stay on Clear Liquids the rest of the day and to stay away from the culprit for 2-3 weeks. Ya know what the culprit was? It was CHICKEN, very tiny, well chewed but none the less, it felt like marbles in my chest. Guess I'll be staying on the easy stuff a little longer. When I can figure out how to add my picture to this web site, I will. But I HATE pictures of myself. Kit

Post op wt 257.5 todays weight 227 loss 30.5 I was starting to get discouraged by the slow weight loss, but then I looked a some of the older baords like 2004 and 2003 and many people lost this amount of weight at this time frame. They all seemed to make it to the big loser bench and some are below goal sooooo. I wlll take it as it comes and stop stressing about it. The up side to this is if I do not loose to fast then maybe my skin will have a chance to keep up and be all saggy because that is a real concern of mine. I guess what I am saying is we all need to keep positive and it will happen. Good Luck to you all. Tami
