Hey, I just wanted to tell all the slow loosers out there to cheer up. Tonight I went to the July '04 boards. I looked up the profiles of a bunch of the members. They all look SO incredible. Most of those starting between 220-260 only lost between 15-20 lbs the first month. But boy do they look WOW now! Keep your chin up! This is a long journey we are on. But in another year we will be feeling fabulous! Linda PS I finally relost those 2 lbs I gained. I am back to -15 lbs!

Hey you guys don't despear over the amount of weight, it has to come off. It has no choice and we all loose in different times and also some of us were light weights to begian with so be patient with yourselves. Keep loving yourselves and do the excersize and the water and do everythng you know what to do and it will come off as your own body sees fit. Only weigh once or twice a week so you won't get discouraged. And just keep doing what you know what needs to be done and you'll do great. So cheer up you guys Always remember this is a life long comminitment and it didn't take over night to get this way so give yourself a break and don't stress over it. Just keep on keepen on guys Your doing so.......good!!!!!!!!! Blessings, Bonnie

Cristi- Hey- 17-20 that is great! I am sure you will quit teetering between them soon and the scale will start moving down again. I am finally going down again. I feel stupid that a few days before my one month I had decided that was all I would loose and thought 15 lbs was it. I don't know it sort of freaked me out. It is already hard for me to completely believe this is really going to "work" for me. The last few days the scale seems to be moving like crazy. I am down to 19 lbs lost and still 2 days until I am one month out!!! I was expecting it to be about 20 lbs in the first month. So I am THRILLED! Were gonna get there!! Linda
