6 week post-op checkup

Went and saw my surgeon for my 6 week checkup this morning. He said I was doing GREAT! Incision is healing very good and I am now down 70lbs!!! My nutrition and exercise are right on schedule. He also said it was OK for me to go back to work, as long as I don't do any really heavy lifting, which I really wanted to hear as I am going nuts hanging around the house. Have a good day everyone!

Hi Tim, Congrats on your amazing weight loss. WOW You and I had the same surgery date and you lost alot more than me, what's your secret? Can I get a little advice from you? Good luck when you go back to work, don't lift like the doc says. Just take it easy. Hugs, Cheri
