What did you eat today?
Sometimes I use the taco bell no fat refried beans and add lean ground beef and the taco bell taco seasoning for flavor. Other times I've gotten a beef n bean burrito with cheese at taco bell & just ate the filling(no tortilla). I feel I get more fat calories that way though.
I've used the fresh talapia from Sam's in the past, but my last visit there I found some frozen that was less expensive & plan to try it the same way to see if it is as good.

I have had the tb beans before but hadn't thought about adding ground beef to them. That's a good idea.
Let me know if you like the talapia that is frozen. I bought some one time, I think it was talapia, it had an almond coating on it. I don't know if it came from the grocery store or sam's but it was pretty good. It was a year or two ago.

lets see for Breakfast: 1 cup decaf tea with 3 splenda, Q Right breakfast bar 10 grams protien
Lunch: 16 oz protien shake (everyday) 30 grams protien
Snack: 10 grapes
Dinner: Small salad with fat free cheese and ff dressing
Snack Fat free jello
About 64 oz. of water, crystal light
I am probably not eating enough but I get so full from the drinks it's hard to eat anything.

I think I did better today than yesterday.
Breakfast one scrambled egg and 1/2 piece of bacon (which may be stuck)
Lunch cottage cheese 2%, crushed fruit
Dinner part of a baked potato, i know too many carbs, but I don't feel like anything heavier tonight. Ive smushed it up really good. I will have a protein drink since I need it tonight.
So far, that is it.
ok, I don't know if I am doing it right either...but I started out much heavier (559, surg date 7/25) and last Sat. had lost 50 lbs on the dot. My nutritionist said I could start eating meat this past Tues. Today I had:
B- 3/4 of toast with ultra thin pb&sug free j
L- 5 shrimp and spoonful of lowfat scalloped potatoes
D - Talapia (sp) broiled with lemon pepper, 2 bites mac-cheese (low fat)
I ate more of the fish than anything.
For snacks, I have had two no sugar added fudgesicles (sp)
And I drink all day long. I absolutely cannot drink even a sip while eating as I get SO SICK!!!
I have not had one protien drink, but take my vitamins faithfully and am not experiencing hair loss. I feel great! If anyone thinks I need to change what I am doing...please, let me know ASAP!

Breakfast 6 oz of coffee with splash of Carb Countdown milk and Whey protein powder...26 grams of protein
1/2 work out at curves
got my 1 liter of water in
lunch: Protein shake.... 17 grams protein
got another liter of water in
dinner 1 oz of sirlion chopped meat and 3 sliced cooked mushrooms with 1 tbs grated cheese
snack bunch of sliced almonds
Another Liter of water before bed
Fit day results 402 calories and 56 grams protein
That is alot for me I usally dont get more than 300 calories in a day but my protein is high which I am happy about. I usually do not do the shakes or protein powder so that increased my calories by 200.
Is that too little too much I dont know. Any comments?
My doc doesnt like us to drink the protein suppliments but I want to get the protein in.
