cheri you need to be more proud of yourself. thats a great drop. i myself had surgery on the 19th and i havn't weighed in a few days because i've been stuck for over a week. but i was down 25 lbs. well everyone keep up all the great work. maria
Maria,
Hey girl your weight lose is great too. 25 lbs. hard to lose and don't compare yourself with other people everyone is different. My husband had his surgery 3 weeks after me and he's lost more weight than me, he's down over 50 lbs. I think we all have different body types and however we are really supposed to look we will get there, just some a little faster than others. Keep up the good work. take care,
Cheri
Okay- I have a question-- Are you using your high weight or the weight the morning of the operation as a starting point (after 2 days of liquid diet)? I don't know what should be the starting weight.
I am having trouble preventing myself from weighing myself every day. I thought it would get better when I went back to work, but I am still doing it.
Suggestions?
