How often does everyone weigh themselves?

Hey Tiff! I have a scale at home, but I think it's possessed. It says a different number everytime I get on it. I weighed at my one week appt. and then I started to weigh at my PCP office. I will probably go there once a week and beg them to use their scale. I cannot wait a whole month! I will go Cristi

I had my surgery Aug 1 and am dying to weigh myself, don't have a scale though, went to buy one and when I got it home it did not work so sent it back and figured didn't need it. I could see change in face and fingers but don't feel as though I lost anything. But I think if I had a scale I would weigh in everyday June

I haven't weighed at home because the scales don't go that high; but plan to daily or nearly when as a habit later. I figure part of the reason I got in this mess was ignoring the scale. I need to become a "scale ho" type.

Hi Jenny~ I dont know how high you need the scale to go, but Ive seen scales to 400+ at linens n things. The one I just got was only $40.00 and it goes up to 380 lbs. ~Tiffany

i weigh myself daily I don;t want to but that scale calls to me tauting me with its promise of movement.. LOL Yes I am a scale ho too... I can;t imagine hiding it I thought about it. but well.. it would be like sending a friend to the closet.. LOL Michaele
