Lipton Rasberry Ice Tea

Where can I find Lipton's Raspberry Ice Tea. I'm really not a ice tea person but I tried the lipton raspberry ice tea at taco bell and it was heavan. I don't like crystal lite because for some reason I can taste sugar. I tried the light Hawaii punk ugh! I went to walmart grocery store last night and they didn't have it. They had the lemon ice tea.

I'm not sure where you can find it BUT be careful because we are not suppose to have caffeine for quite awhile because it's a diuretic and we need all the fluids we can get.

Avoid that caffeine! Not only is it bad because of the fluid problem already mentioned. It can slow absorbtion of some vitamins. And we all know we already have a problem with vitamin and nutrient absorbtion. You can indulge in some decaffeinated tea though. My Publics grocery carries that Liptons Raspberry stuff in a liquid form. It is on the shelf near the bags of tea but in a bottle. You add it to water. I don't know if it comes in a decaffeinated version. Linda PS I loved Crystal lite prior to surgery. Even though I am having some but not such a fan right now. So I totally understand your quest for something to drink that you love!

My surgeon doesn't want us drinking ice tea not because of caffene but kidney stones. And no one was sure if Crystal Light tea's were flavored or tea. Anyway, I would hesitate to make primary form of hydration.

Also becareful because I am pretty sure there is a lot of sugar in that.
