I had my surgery on 7/25.. and went to my 1st appointment today with a lost of 15.lbs.. It's so amazing how this weight just melts off.

Surgery: 7/5/05 Weight lost since surgery: 23 pounds Total weight loss including the 2wk pre-op diet: 47 pounds 326/279/135???

Lap Band on 07/19/05
Including pre-op diet started 7/11/05 to my 1 week follow-up on 7/26/05 I had lost 22 pounds. Not sure what I have lost in the last week. Everyone keep up the good work!!! Tessa 303/281/180
