Had 1st Post Op appt today

Well I had my post op appt today and I have lost 28lbs. I was so happy I think I almost jumped. My BMI has went down 4.5. Everyone says they can tell but I can't I don't see it yet. I can't wait to loose more.

Congrats Tasha! I had my post op the 26th and I have lost 23 pounds. but I can't tell either. Very soon I believe we will notice. How are you feeling? alena

Way to Go Tasha, I had mine on the 13th too, I haven't weighed yet and I don't see my do****il the 9th but I can see it in myself so I am hoping I do as well as you. You Go Girl. CONGRATS

WOW! Congrats! I don't have my post op visit until Aug 8th. I'd be happy with half of that, way to go!!!!

Tasha--way to go girl!! I am not yet three weeks out and I have lost 20 lbs. I can't really tell it in my clothes but I feel it!! It's easier for me to turn over in bed and I can cross my legs (almost)!! Isn't this wonderful!!!! Sandy
