Surgery update on Linda W.

Hey guys, This is Linda's sister-in-law just updating you on how she's doing. She had her surgery yesterday morning as scheduled, well a few hours later but basically, as scheduled. LOL I just got back from taking her kids to see her and she looks like she's doing very well. She had her upper GI this morning and everything looked good. I understand that she will get her drainage tubes out tomorrow before they send her home. Her only "complication" is that she is on oxygen because her pulse-ox rate was a little low. We're guessing it's just from having to lie flat on her back and once she gets home and can prop up a little better she should be fine. She sends her hellos and well wishes to everyone who is still coming up and hopes to be online again soon! BTW, I am 15 months post-op myself and from this side it's well worth it. I remember those first few weeks wondering, "what have I done to myself?" It was tough, hurting, the foamies, and all of that stuff...but 110lbs lighter and pregnant with our surprise baby number 3 I'm so grateful that I did this. Hang in there everyone!
