Protein?

For the last couple of days I've been using ISOPURE GRAPE FROST as my liquid along with water. My question does the isopure count as my food or liquid. When I drink 2 20 oz of Isopure, I can barely get in 20 oz of water. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance

Yes it counts towards your fluids. I drank that for a few days and just can't choke it down anymore. Good for you.

My doctor told us to drink at least one Isopure drink per day. It counts as liquid/water intake as well as protein. Two bottles has 80 grms total & I say CONGRATULATIONS to you for drinking two per day. As far as where to get them? Just about any nutrition center. I have bought them at GNC and Nutrition Warehouse. The can be pretty expensive but they are certianly convienent! The only flavor I like is the Alpine Punch but if you like other flavors you would have lots of variety. Dj
