First post-op appointment!!!

Hi all- Had my first appt today since surgery...I lost 16 lbs!!!!And got my diet advanced to egg beaters and cottage cheese.WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!! Just wanted to share my first moment! Hugs, Pam
