Hi Joyce, I am here also. Just not posting much. I am doing great, have lost 22 lbs so far. My doc is very conservative at progressing your food stages so I was on clear liquids for 10 days post op and now on full liquids for a whole month before I move on to pureed. Whooo Hoooo runny mashed taters RULE !!!!!!!
