When can we go swimming?

Had surgery on the 12th all my lap incisions are closed nicely. The place where my drain was is scabbed over. Just want to do the walking in the pool instead of around the house. What do you think? Has anyone tried yet? I go back to my surgeon 8/8.

Hi I took a shower in the hospital and I don't have a drain so I go swimming all the time, pool or sal****er or even fresh. But ask your doc anyway just to be on trhe safe side, Hugs, Cheri

My dr told me to wait 2 weeks before I go swimming or take a bath, but all dr's are different so just call and ask your dr. Laura
