Jennifer,
Hi bbelieve me you are not alone. I feel kind of the same way. No energy at all. I had my surgery on the 6th of July and also tired of water, crystal light, oatmeal and a baked plain potatoe from Wendys. I don't know what to do either. I have the blahs to and NO energy at all I don't know what to do If you come up with anything let me know
Cheri
Jennifer-
Not that I am an expert...but have you taken a B-12 sublingul? My sister in law (about a year and a half post op) says they help when she feels extra tired. My doctor requires I take one a week in addition to the other vitamins.
Just an idea...I know if you are having trouble getting in your proteins it may just be that alone. I know that some say that the energy just doesn't return until about a month.
Congrats on your 35 lbs weight loss! That's just amazing!!!!
Sorry your feeling run down! Hugs,
Linda
Try to get some unflavored whey and add it to whatever you have been able to drink with some Splenda. I add mine to skim milk with 2 spoons of Nestles sf Quick. It gives you about 29 g. of protein. I also add it to Walmart brand sf drink mixes. I have been supercharged since I came home and haven't been hungry at all. I have been sippin non stop but whatever it takes and I am down about 29 pounds since the 12th.
