Nervous Insomnia

Hey everyone! I have had insomnia for the past 3 days I am so ready for the 28th that I cannot sleep at night. I guess this is normal, not sure. Anyone else going through this??? I'm sleepy now off to

Hi Melvina. My surgery is the 28th and I have not been able to sleep well either. I can sleep but then I wake up every hour worrying. I am so excited yet so worried. Just think .. you will do nothing but sleep in another week. The pain meds will wipe out all insomnia!! Good luck, Shellie

Hi Melvina, I am going through the exact same thing! My surgery is on Monday and for the past two weeks I've been struggling with insomnia. I finally started taking Tylenol PM's every other night or so....just so I could get some much needed rest!! Good luck to you!!
