hey, 26'ers...

How are all of you doing with less than a week left? As nervous as me? Weird knowing I am putting myself in pain and to be so happy about it!! Can't wait to be a loser!! Donna

Donna- Yes... feeling all the above. I am extra fidgety. (I have checked the boards 3 times today for instance!) I am nervous, excited, anxious, ready to get it over with, worried about the pain, ready to just deal with the pain and get it over with, excited, happy, ready to start a new life, ...... Well, you get the idea. I feel like I have a million emotions all at the same time! I still have stuff to do to prepare. Overall I am excited! and scared and excited .... Linda

Hey Donna and Linda, I can't believe how fast the time has flown by. I go back and forth between being nervous and being super excited. Mostly just excited. Like you said Linda...I'm ready to start a new life. Gotta go for my upper GI tomorrow am...yuck! But worth it. My best to you both, Amy www.closertofine.net

Hey Amy, hope that the gi was ok I was scared for that too. I am just a wimp. I knew that it would not be bad, but I was scared to death. Time is going too fast!! toughts and prayers to you. Donna

I'm getting to the point now that I just want this over with. I was a little . I did ask my Doc for some "little helpers" to take the night before surgery, he gave me a few valum (sp?) to take the night before. I want a good nights rest I can't wait to be a loser either!!
