My sister has taken to making popcorn. Oddly enough... I am able to enjoy the smell without going crazy wanting to dip in. Don't ask me why. I can't explain it and I have no doubt that won't last. But in the freezer are some Oreo Ice Cream treats. Everytime I see that box I salivate.... ....I figure I need the practice, though... so I don't want to say anything.

Maria, I just read your profile. You have a knack for telling an interesting story. I am surprised that you are eating puree so soon out of surgery. I had surgery on the 7th and am not allowed puree until the 28th. Can you tolerate the meats? I have been going crazy with all of the sweet surgary protein shakes that I start to gag as I am making them. Just surprised to hear you are doing so well. Some experience you had in the hospital though...Jacquee
