Hey Sara! I am so sorry. I am in a panic, too. My surgey is scheduled for July 14th in Bogota, Colombia. I am supposed to fly out of Gulfport on July 12th. I am thinking about driving to Atlanta to catch the second leg of my flight. I am praying that God has already thought ahead and made you an opening for the very first day that your doctor returns to the operating room. Good Luck, Sonya Sumrall

Sara, I know how disappointed you must be. The way the weathermen are talking , it sounds like your surgeon is doing what is best for both of you. I am sure that he will reschedule you for the next date available. You will be in our prayers.

Sara God always does things for a reason and you will be fine. Just trust in him and everything will be ok Some day you may find out why and maybe you won't but It is for a reason. Janice

Sara, I am soooo sorry to hear that your surgery has been cancelled, I can only imagine how disappointed you are feeling right now. You must believe that this will happen, you will have the surgery and you will be successful. Just think, years from now you can tell the story about how you perservered through doctors, tests and even hurricanes to do what you needed to do. My friend and I have the "10-minute rule" which says no matter what the cir****tance, we can take ten minutes and fret, whine, vent, anything we need. Take your ten minutes, then ride the storm out and go get another date scheduled. My thoughts and prayers are with you for the surgery and for the storm. Jamie
