I just got home from the hospital after lap RNY with no complications. I feel pretty darn good, just tired. Its amazing how much recovery we go through from day one, what I like to call the "Mack truck phase"

Scarlet- WOW! Congrats on your sucessful surgery! I hope you continue to recover quickly! When you are up to it--- give us pre-ops some details! Linda

Scarlet, glad to hear that your surgery went well. I hope that I feel that good. I understand the mack truck phase. From what they told me in the pre-op screening today, when I wake up I may have a tube down my throat , up my nose, and the catheter (Oh whoopee!!!) I am not to thrilled at all of that prospect. I had hoped when I woke up all that mess would be gone.LOL
