Hi Cecelia! I am good to go again. Yesterday when I went for a consult my surgery nearly got delayed. The secretary had given the insurance co. a code for lapband and I was to have the RNY.. Luckily the insurance agreed quickly to the change and I got reapproved today so my surgery is still on for the 12th. I have been doing the same thing with my eating. I figure that is that much less to lose. You will be in my prayers also. God bless you.

Cecelia, I am so ready, I would go this morning if I could. I have been eating light as well, trying to get a lot of crunchy things in before the liquid phase. I have tried the Isopure drinks and they are pretty good. I must admit, I did say farewell to my beloved Doritos on Thursday. I think we both knew it was coming, it just was not working for us anymore. God Bless all of you - Jamie

Congrats Cecelia!!! I'm having surgery tomorrow. I can't sleep, despite taking a seditive. There is so much going through my mind. I'm not scared to have the surgery, but as most, have a fear of the unknown. I've never had surgery before and it's a little weird for me. I'll say lots of prayers for you that you'll feel better and better as each day passes and that your surgery goes off without a hitch!!! Welcome to the rest of our lives! Amy K. Burbank, CA
