surgery cancelled

my surgery was booked for july 5th and was cancelled to aug 23. Guess I may as well enjoy the summer. Donna

Donna, I am so sorry it was postponed. I know exactly how you feel. My surgery was supposed to be June 7th!! I had to cancel because I got a urinary tract infection less than 8 hours before surgery and ended up in the ER! I have been really bummed out since then. Luckily tomorrow is my new day. I think you've got the right attitude! Enjoy that summer...Dj

Donna, I am sorry to hear about your surgery being postponed. I know you must feel bummed out after getting so close. I know I would be. But, I also believe that things happen for a reason and I am sure that this is for the best for you! A year from now you will be able to look back and maybe figure out what the reason was! Sandy

I understand how you feel! I have had 3 different dates come and go without me having surgery! Today, I just found out the my surgery is a GO for next week! Hang in there. It really is going to happen, and when it does, the time will start speeding up again, after what seems like a long wait. Lisa
