i AM ABOUT 12 HOURS AWAY FROM SURGERY AND I CAN NOT I REPEAT CAN NOT SETTLE DOWN. I'VE TRIED READING PRAYING YOU NAME IT I;VE TRIED IT HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!

Will they let you take a couple of Benadryl capsules? This works for me! Blessings

Well, I think we all feel like you before the surgery... I know that I do, and I'm not going until the 19th. I will say a special prayer for you that you can calm down. Just know that it will be all right. So many people have gone and are way ahead of us when it comes to losing weight! Soon it will be you and you won't be nervous anymore...when you are shopping for those "small" clothes and feeling a whole lot heathlier. Good luck. El
