pictures

I see how most people have pics of there faces next to their postings how do I do that? i just borrowed my sons digital camera but now what? any help would be great..thanks Lisa M J

Hi Lisa, I was pleasantly surprised one day to find that one of the Obesity Help volunteers had made me a "face" from the "before" photo I'd uploaded my profile. If you don't already have a photo online, you can contact them at [email protected] for help. You can also click on the "Photos" link on the main site menu for more info. Hope that helps!
