July 12th

Just wondering who has surgery the 12th like me? Only to weeks away. Mine is at 7:30 am. I have pre op June 30th and my PCP with EKG and chest x-ray July 6th then SURGERY JULY 12th. Anyone else making lists like me? I have a list of what I still need to buy. One for what to take to the hospital. And one for my Goals after WLS. @ weeks to go. Getting a little nervous. HI Melissa, my name is melissa too so i thought i'd say hello. my check in on the 12th,but my surgery is the following day. i can't wait! i haven't gone so far as making physical lists,but i do keep my ideas waaay in the back of my head,right behind my visualization of me in the perfect dress! i know one thing i'm taking for sure and that's my ipod. i'll be entertained for days. viel gluck m

HI YALL I HAVE MINE DONE ON THE 12 TH SARA

Looks like am apart of this group. I am being re-banded on the 12th. Had the banding done on 7/28/04 the first time. I fell in to that 1% of folks that have issues and what is called band failue. Do not worry cuz if you do it will drive you nuts, I know, I have been there. relax, take it easy, it will go just fine. You must stay positive and have complete confidance in your Dr. If I didn't have the confidance I would not be doing it ALL over again. You will love the other side.. shaz

Melissa, I just got my surgery date today and found out mine also will be July 12th. I have a consult with my husband, kids and the surgeon on July6th, I guess I will find out then what time. Hopefully the very first thing in the morning. I live in Waxahachie, Tx. I have a cousin that lives in Des Moines.

Melissa, Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy my surgery date is the 12th too!! for all of us July 12th preemies!! The weight loss will be here soon now!! I have my scope (EGD) done on the 7th and all my final pre op testing on the 5th! I have to be at the hospital at 5:30 AM on the 12th ... doc say's surgery takes about an hour and a half... I'm but know I'd be worse IF I didn't have this surgery We'll all have to keep posting and maybe schedule a chat in the upcoming days!! I'd love that!! Kimberly
