I got my cardiac clearance!!

I got my cardiac clearance yesterday! I can go ahead with my surgery! I was supposed to have it today, but had a possible issue come up. After dealing with 1 EVIL fat-prejudiced cardiologist, I got a great cardiologist and had the big tests yesterday. I am good to go, with no heart problems!!! So, July 6 is now my big day! Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers!!

Great news colleen. I'm glad to hear that. I thought I recognized your name . We emailed each other before. It's good to here from you again. I went to my pre op yesterday. Everything went great. Surgery is still scheduled for the 11th. I hope to hear more from you and I wish you all the best. alena

Hi Colleen, Cheri & others who are having the surgeries on JULY 6!!! So I , too on July 6th in Houston, Texas. I had a rough day last week for my cardiac clearance. The nurses had hard time finding my veins cuz they are spider veins. Bless them to find the good vein for two hours and finally got the IV in for the test. And came with great news, that my heart is strong & no blockages at all. So I am all cleared for the Lap Band Surgery on July 6!!!
