Let's focus a minute :)
This is great! I actually wrote these things down a couple of weeks ago for my scrapbook.
1. Getting in and out of bathtub with ease.
2. taking a bath and actually having water in the tub! haha
3. not shopping in the plus size department
4. buying a smaller bra!
5. keeping up with my daughter
6. riding a roller coaster without the fear that I'm too big for the harness
7. no more shorts riding up in the middle
8. knee pain gone
9. daughter / husband never being ashamed of my size
10. walking, climbing, bike riding, and others having to keep up with me!!!
11. wearing shirts with sleeves that aren't tight
12. my husband being able to pick me up/ sitting on my husbands lap
13 getting a plate of food without feeling like others are talking about what i'm eating

Here's my list
1). Ride EVERY ride at an amusement park
2). Wear a bathing suit and be proud of it
3). Rollerblade with my daughter
4). Go running w/ my teenage daughter
5). Shopping in normal size stores
6). Eating in public without worrying about what people are thinking.
7). Plane rides
8) Parasailing
9) Wild crazy monkey sex
10). Having my guy buy me lingerie anywhere he wants to!
11) Not being ashamed of my size @ my daugher's school functions
12) Getting my life back!
13) Riding on the back of a motorcycle
14) Did I mention wild monkey sex?
15) Planting the garden Ive always wanted
16) Mowing the lawn w/ a push mower instead of a riding mower
17) Living a longer, healthier life!
18) Dancing the night away

OMG ladies you all covered alot. Heres mine:
1. Being healthy again
2. Really look at myself in the mirror and like what I see
3. Looking good in anything I wear
4. I won't have to be embarresed anymore anywhere ever again
5. Enjoying sex again with my husband for 28years
6. Dancing as long as I want
7.Just walking without feeling any pain in my back or leggs
8. Enjoy all the things I used too, swimming, horse back riding, volleyball,dancing, shopping all day, plays in NY, NYC shopping, traveling,doing things with my children and just enjoy life in general

1. Being able to go upstairs and not stop a million times to catch your breath
2. Being able to look at my self in the mirror and not wonder anymore what I would look like if I didnt have all the extra there.
3. Being able to ride a bike and you be able to see the bike seat.
4.Being able to feel you hips
5.to be able to jump on the trampoline with my kids and not pop them off when I jump ..( or pee my pants)
6. To Never pee my pants again when I sneeze ..
7.To see the look (Smile)on Dr persenaire face when she see's me on the losing side
8. to be able to tie my own shoes
9.shop at normal stores
I could go on and on and on all day I have a list of 100 things these are jsut a few that have effected me lately ....
1) Feeling good.
2) Taking my son to six flags.
3) Feeling comfortable around people.
4) Wearing cute shoes.
5) Walking without pain and losing my breath.
6) Looking in a mirror.
7) Wearing shorts in public.
8) Playing with my son and my grandson.
9) Going swimming.
10) Working in my yard.
11) Hearing "You have lost too much weight."
